Return & Refund Policy

 

At Elyta, shop with confidence with our no questions asked return policy. Here’s our clear and transparent policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds

 

Return Conditions :

  • You can raise a return request within 7 days of the delivery of the order
  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact
  • An unboxing video is required to process any claims for missing items in your order. Please ensure you record the package being opened from the sealed state for your claim to be considered 

Initiating a Return Request :

  • Log into your account & place return request or reach out to us via call/ WhatsApp on +91 8169096900 or Email on support@elyta.in
  • Provide us with the correct Order ID, beginning with #NSKL
  • Choose the items you wish to return
  • A video of the item being boxed (including sealing the package) is required when sending back an accepted return. This is to confirm that the correct product is being returned. Failure to provide this video may result in the refund being rejected
  • Reverse shipping can be sent by customer on their own or if processed by our team, actual reverse shipping cost will be recovered (deducted from refund amount) 

Refunds :

  • Refunds are processed within 2 days of the product reaching the head office. Tracking ID for the return will be provided for clarity
  • Prepaid orders : Refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders : Refunded to bank account provided by you. Bank Name, Account Number & IFSC will be required to be shared

Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Items:

  • Orders placed using any sale or discount code
  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery
  • Goodbye sale or clearance products (as mentioned on product page)
